Better days
Yesterday was one of those Attack of the Klutz days. Today was a lot more productive, safer, less messy, and saner too. I got some of the things I have been intending to do done. Yee-haw! I have to keep … Continue reading
Attack of the Klutz
Some days…I am just a klutz. Seriously. Today, was one of those days…and every time I moved or tried to do anything…I spilled, knocked over, kicked, dropped, or in some other way…made a huge mess. By the time I thought … Continue reading

Spring cleaning micro style!
When you live in a small space, it rapidly can become cramped, chaotic, and collect dirt. Forget the vacuum and broom–the dirt is under, behind, between, and betwixt. Dust collects, items can’t be found, and stuff…is everywhere! There is no … Continue reading

Giving stuff up or lightening your load?
I just returned from visiting my daughter. I always enjoy the visits, even if we have some flare up time. We’re both somewhat volatile, and if we both land on a bad day the same day…well sparks fly. This trip, … Continue reading

Insanity, procrastination, aggravation
Today was just a day. Nothing major. Nothing particularly interesting. The highlight of the day was meeting family at a restaurant for a dinner with space. Sometimes space seems to just have way too much meaning. The idea of being … Continue reading

Self destruction in a small space
I just massacred my leg. It felt like I gouged that steel pipe to the bone and then ripped out the muscle and connective tissue. I froze, expecting to look down and see blood gushing everywhere. Continue reading

Organizing in micro style
Cramped space and no storage. It’s the normal problem in an RV and if your RV or travel trailer is a low end model, its going to be even worse. Storage exists under a queen size bed, under one bench, under one useless bunk, and in a 36″ cupboard over the kitchen counter. Continue reading

Busy times in a small package
October is flying past me like a breeze, and the weather has been gorgeous. As for the downsizing, things have been chaotic, and we’ve discovered frayed tempers are a real hazard in close quarters. I became a grandmother this week … Continue reading

And now I’m sick
We had high hopes of getting somewhere this week with the organization, as well as getting rid of things that are quickly losing their charm as we have to move them each and every time we need something. So, I … Continue reading
